• Construction Lending – Construction budget, sources and uses, elements of construction contract, plans and specifications, course of construction insurance, draws, inspections, guarantors, loan structures
• Lender Loan Package – Understanding what lenders are looking for in a complete loan package and why.  Review common lender approval process, credit policy & procedures, understand regulatory requirements for lenders (including HVCRE), calculate DSCR ratio, why there is variability in Loan to Value based on property types
• Ray Beck with Summit Exchange and CCIM will be discussing 1031 exchanges
